One order filed at a station and its sister stations counts once (the "+2" beside a station). An invoice below the order is not always money pulled: stations sometimes bill a flight in parts, and a later invoice may follow. Stations post invoices unevenly, and some never do, so "has run" counts the invoice where there is one and the booked money for the days already past where there is not. A buy filed once and never revised shows no change here even if it was quietly trimmed.
