The field behind us in the picture is the proposed site for a new hyperscale data center right here in Kansas City - just one of numerous locations across Kansas where we've seen these projects popping up. Everywhere we've been, everyone we've talked to, has made their needs clear: We the People of Kansas do not want these Data Centers in our communities. This is a unifying issue across party lines, yet our elected leaders continue to push for little regulation while lining their pockets with lobbyist dollars. It's time to get real guardrails put in place at both the state and federal level to stand up to these Big Tech developers and protect our people and environment. #DataCenterMoratorium #KansansNotCorporations
